useful stuff you might want to know:
all orders placed before 12 noon are usually dispatched the next working day...
all orders are dispatched via 1st class royal mail standard delivery. this normally takes a couple of days to arrive - however it sometimes takes longer... (royal mail say to allow 14 working days...)
all worldwide orders are dispatched via royal mail airmail. this normally takes about 5 days to arrive for european orders, and 10 days for worldwide - however it sometimes takes longer...
if you have an urgent order, please email us and we will find an alternative method of getting your lovely beach hut purchases to you....
also, please let us know if the product you'd like is out of stock, or if you'd like to find out about getting anything we sell made to order - we love making things, so we might well be able to make something especially for you....
if your beach hut boutique purchase is faulty or unsuitable, we are happy to fully refund you. just send back the product in the condition it was sent to you, in the original packaging, and we will refund you in the same way in which you paid.
(please remember to ask for a 'proof of postage' certificate at the post office when you send it.)
