whacked-out vegan rum truffles
ingredients:
* about 2 cups crumbled cake
(we like lemon, with lemon pieces in)
* 2 tbs rhubarb + ginger jam
* 3 tbs rum
* approx 2 tsp cocoa
* 100g vegan chocolate, melted
mix all the ingredients together to make a nice sticky consistency, adding cocoa as needed
roll into balls, then roll these in more cocoa
serve in paper cases or drizzled with melted chocolate
