ingredients :
* 400 ml red wine
* 100 ml port
* 400 ml pineapple juice
* 100 ml orange juice
* 100 ml golden or dark rum
* approx 30 ml parfait d'amour
* 1tsp ginger
* half tsp cinnamon
* approx 6 cloves
heat gently in a pan, and serve in handled glasses (or take out with you in a thermos)
(if parfait d'amour isn't available, you can substitute it with cointreau or a similar orange liqueur)
